I want to be notified instantly on some communication channels, NLP customisable if possible. For example only receiving notifications from Bob from channel Y on Discord X.
Anyone know a service I could pay for this?

There's no APIs for managing notifications on either iOS or Android, you'd require a jailbreak/root to do this.<p>Discord does let you customize notifications pretty well.
