I work with many people and teams and vendors.<p>About 20% of them can listen.<p>About 10% are able to listen and reflect back the meaning.<p>About 5% are able to create space for deeper listening and connect authentically.<p>A few invite creativity from others - honestly - and follow the best direction.<p>Apart from these, the framework of Nonviolent Communication is very helpful.
