I wanted a personal coach but was too cheap to get one—so I built a Whatsapp bot hooked up to ChatGPT to see if it could motivate me.<p>And surprisingly it did!<p>The main benefit for me was just having positive affirmation and emotional support from the bot.<p>I then added daily reminders that checks in with me on how I’m doing on my daily goals and habits.
