Fake videos and pictures have been around for decades. Before that, fake books and documents went "viral" (notable: the protocols of the elders of Zion, prester John's letter, the donation of Constantine).<p>You should not be more worried now that you were before, but yes this stuff will be believed by people, and we should strive to educate them so people can better understand their reality.
