I think you like your reasoning kept <i>over</i>simplified too.<p>I like the exact way the simple things as OP, eg: for media player I use android total commander:)<p>But the reasonong is just wrong. The problem with the phone is that it's extremely hard to find quality sw.<p><i>Exactly</i> in a way as finding good, dedicated hw. The problem is the same: there is no review site niether of them.<p>PS: of course there are lots of details, like when hw flaws come to surface and users could write that to others, there is a new hw model. And lots and lots of them, no chance thet a testing company could test enough.
