Here are my thoughts so far:
so i actually have an app which I’m working on with data-heavy backend, so this touches on a problem that is very close to me.
my pain points:
1. performance (query response times can be a pain and optimizing them takes a lot of time and trial and error)
2. availability (specifically in deployment pipelines)
3. developer experience (i haven't played with it much, but the interface is great)
4. data management (a big one for me - we have lots of data sources and need to make sure to sync them etc.), few good tools for that out there, especially for raw, disorganized data
what i like about it:
1. real time data sync
2. the documentation is FANTASTIC (this is so important for custom APIs and a very rare find)
3. price (not much to say here, 10 dollars is incredible compared to competitors)
what i don't like about it:
1. too few integrations at the moment
