Not a recruiter, but something I have learned as a general idea.<p>You are flawless. No seriously, you have no shortcomings. Your interviewer doesn’t want to hear your actual weaknesses because there is someone else that is willing to lie their way through it and even if they aren’t telling the truth, they’re gonna look a lot better than you are. Presenting all of your weaknesses as strengths, ending every statement you aren’t confident in with “I am a quick learner” or “I am absolutely wanting to learn the industry standard/company way of doing this” etc, making it look in general that your shit doesn’t stink.<p>It’s way easier to train someone that they hired then it is to hire someone so that they can be trained.
