This is the "CEO of a consulting company" equivalent of clickbait. Generate headlines and interest from potential customers for free. And then nobody follows up when it never happens or is a complete disaster internally. Self-driving cars are also only 5 years away.

A more ambitious IBM executive might start at the midpoint 50% and settle for less. Perhaps that Microsoft AD is supervised by half a human's time assisted with AI whereas 5-20 full time people were needed for a 3000 seat Microsoft O365.
