Ugh, I absolutely loathe having to push a schema change to production. It&#x27;s always such a pain in the neck - it takes forever to launch the feature, and if something goes wrong, rolling back is a total nightmare. I mean, who has the time or energy to deal with that kind of headache? I&#x27;ll do just about anything to avoid having to mess with the schema. That&#x27;s why I&#x27;ve started using DynamoDB for all my new projects - no more worrying about schema changes!<p>And now, apparently there&#x27;s this new product called Bytebase that takes the whole schema change game to a whole new level? Dealing with Snowflake? Ha! Good luck with that. Sounds like a recipe for disaster if you ask me. I&#x27;ll stick with my tried and true methods, thank you very much.

DevOps is a term that is often used without any real understanding of what it entails. However, DevOps can be difficult to implement in organizations that are not already familiar with agile development practices. Additionally, it is important to have a team of experienced database administrators who can provide oversight and support. Influencing developer behavior and changing existing best practices can be super difficult.
