I would start without AI first. We do pretty well without it already and there will be complications if you start adding in the AI hype.<p>The first question should be, what are your goals in analyzing logs? Then, what existing tools are there that are already addressing this?<p>Only if you find a problem, should you seek out new solutions, and then AI is just one of the tools you might try, but you should tread carefully, as AI is slow and expensive.
