I would just like to endorse this program... I use it all the time, and recommend it widely. Everybody I've suggested used it has liked it. It's a big timesaver, and it's considerably quicker than the popular Rufus tool for writing Windows ISO files onto USB. The latest versions have a handy additional feature: if you use them to boot Windows 11, they can disable the check for hardware requirements, and they can disable the requirement for an Internet connection and thus for Windows 11 to connect to a Microsoft account. This means you can install Windows 11 onto a machine that doesn't have a TPM 2 chip for example.
I wrote about it here:
https://www.theregister.com/2021/12/10/friday_foss_fest/
