Great great article. We have all kinds of rituals/meetings to do this. Work had a fairly good Friday end of day demo day with optional beers in hand that was OK. But we kept doing it pandemic & it's been dreadful. No one wants to be there, no one retains anything, and people dissect technical decisions like crazy. The ability to bring us together is gone.<p>Having offline context available, having a history & seeing where things are pointed: I am so interested in tbis. In creating more broadly-self-savvy orgs, in creating orgs that aren't as strongly isolated inside, just lots of small teams with a couple links upward. The article here is great. It talks about such better ways to make meaning & purpose available, in more than periodic rituals, in enduring & accessible fashions.
