I am just curious, what is the internal process in Apple for selecting presenters for major events like WWDC or major product announcements. Are there a lot of internal competition for these roles?
I was watching the WWDC today thinking something near but different... How long will we be dialing in to Cupertino Saucer? How is Apple going to maintain a liveness, keep this elegant home from feeling somewhat imprisoning? I feel like they're kind of trapped now.<p>I too am interested in how folks get picked. Most people seemed to present a wide range of features, which kind of makes me think there's actually a wider number of candidates they could draw from.
i think most people dont realize that that building is apple headquarters . They alwyas see it empty, so they might think it's some CGI. They could make a normal presentation with some kind of audience etc. I do find their videos rather goofy with a bit of 90s tv series aesthetic
