Maker builds a DOS client for ChatGPT and HuggingFace

Can someone suggest a Windows Terminal (or commmand prompt) client for ChatGPT? I have played with the R package chatgpt to use ChatGPT from the R prompt, but it is so much slower than using the web interface that OpenAI provides.
