I can attest that having fewer sit down meals will help you lose weight. One of the issues many of us have is that we over eat at meals. I have cut down to one sit down meal a day and I snack the rest of my calories through out the day. That way I minimize the temptation of over eating. One thing you have to make sure you do is to make sure you plan your full amount of food for the day according to the amount of calories you want to consume.
