Of course as part of the package Amazon provided some &quot;experts&quot; who &quot;guided&quot; us to what technology to use. The answer of course is all the AWS-specific ones. Most of our teams are so embedded into AWS-specific tech now, it would be a near rewrite to leave.

MRSK fine tuned and known from day 1.<p>How long would the whole process take? Could it be done in 3 weeks? I assume most of the time will actually be Data transfer?

Good to know that avoided kubernetes. Instead, they went with MRSK(Manage Remote Server Kontainers). Another source of huge headaches is removed.

This is impressive. I wonder if they took any downtime during the migration of HEY (or Basecamp).<p>I&#x27;m surprised this hasn&#x27;t had more discussion.
