Sigmastar S20X SoM: Dual Core 1.2GHz,128MB RAM,WiFi at 3x3cm Footprint

So it runs a Linux 4.9 kernel from 2018 and costs as much as any of the tiny AllWinner boards, which run 5 kernels.<p>Is there anything meaningful I should care about here?
