Twitter Publisher still allows viewing tweets without a Twitter profile.
Just head over to https://publish.twitter.com/ and either enter a profile: https://twitter.com/elonmusk or a URL to a specific tweet: https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1675390796718014464<p>I think if they disabled this feature they would break a lot of working applications like Medium and SubStack.
