Instagram’s Twitter competitor, Threads, is available now

The web&#x2F;desktop version seems to be basically read only. Can&#x27;t reply, sign up or anything. Can&#x27;t even view a full user profile I think?. EDIT: I was able to get in at ~19:25 ET.<p>I&#x27;m assuming this was published as an embargo dropped. There was a countdown at <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.threads.net" rel="nofollow noreferrer">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.threads.net</a> which ended at 19:00 ET. That said, it doesn&#x27;t seem to be live just yet, at least for me in Canada. The website is showing a 3D depiction of the logo and I see a &quot;Coming soon&quot; note on the App Store.

Hmm, still can&#x27;t see threads account on mastodon though....
