I am not implying that the change be as dramatic as the youtube videos make it to be. But did you turn around your down spiralling life with proper discipline and achieve your goals?<p>How was it?

"Those YouTube videos" are made by scammers and cults, keep well away if you value yourself and your family. Life's just not like that.
