Do these Indeed.com pysch tests indicate anything? [video]

There is no audio on that one, but it seems to show at least some of the same questions I got.<p>Indeed calls them &#x27;Work Style&#x27; tests I think, and they seem to be reserved for low-age&#x2F;hourly positions like retail, etc.<p>I&#x27;m curious what the theory is behind them. Like, if you choose answer mix &#x27;x&#x27;, then maybe it indicates that you have a more passive personality, thus you will be more likely to stay in the position longer?<p>Or maybe they&#x27;re just collecting any data they can and trying to find patterns in it later?
