There is no audio on that one, but it seems to show at least some of the same questions I got.<p>Indeed calls them 'Work Style' tests I think, and they seem to be reserved for low-age/hourly positions like retail, etc.<p>I'm curious what the theory is behind them. Like, if you choose answer mix 'x', then maybe it indicates that you have a more passive personality, thus you will be more likely to stay in the position longer?<p>Or maybe they're just collecting any data they can and trying to find patterns in it later?
