Twitter Blocked Tracy Chou’s Anti-Harassment App. Now She Wants to Fix Browser

Twitter didn't 'block' it. The economically it couldn't afford to offer the product due to Twitter starting to charge for API access. I don't think it's fair to say they blocked it.
