I find this to be a propaganda piece.<p>How many times has the NSA hacked foreign nations&#x27; governments and &#x27;assets&#x27;, and all of those were left out? But we get all over CNN, FauxNews, and NPR the &quot;evil Chinese hackers&quot; crap.
