Will chatbots (and soon voice chatbots) just be used as a denial of service attack against customers? To cheaply waste your time, giving the illusion of meaningful interaction, until you give up?

this looks like a default message that the bot sends when the bot is not able to understand the message. May be it's hoping that the user will rephrase their message.
