Tynan, (creator of tasksmash.com) just launched his new platform called SETT on his blog. I gotta say, I've been excited to see what this could do since I first read about it, and I've been with happy with my Wordpress/bbPress installation, but after clicking around on the new site using SETT, I'm really in love with it.<p>I haven't tested the admin back-end, and I don't know when it will be ready publicly, but I can't wait. I like how the user/commenter back-end works though.<p>I love the comment system. I love how simple it is. I love that there's no sidebars. I love that it's focused on the content.<p>It's still a little raw, and it still needs a lot of work. You can upvote/downvote posts and comments. The "Read this Next" popover in the bottom right corner is annoying.<p>I gotta say though, I can't wait to see what the Community (forum replacement) can do. I'm hoping (and it seems like this will be a yes because his old blog was on WP) there will be an XML importer.<p>Can't wait to switch over.
