What everyone working in home office need is that "drinking bird" featured in a episode of Simpsons. It will "automatically" press a key each a few seconds, while one actually is sleeping in front of the working computer :)<p>It's a mess. While I do understand the intentions of the employer, I deny the understanding from employee's side. In the end it's not the time spend in front of the computer, but rather the results. I would be happy as a boss, if I would have an employee who's literally do nothing, but when, then there's a good ROI and good business.<p>For good reasons, it's forbidden without a consent and in general in the EU.
