Ex-Linus Tech Tips employee alleges mistreatment and poor conditions

Linus blatantly displays his mistreatment of employees on his various shows. Outright calling them to task while live streaming.

Who could&#x27;ve predicted that Linus Sex Tips, a self admitted high school bully who started an onlyfans as a joke, famous for losing his shit on camera and being careless, has fostered an atmosphere in his one-man-show of a company, which competes with that of Blizzard.<p>He did give up his reigns as CEO. Now he needs to let go of the majority shareholder position and get his ADHD treated. If he does that, stays as CVO and the company stops with the ludicrous daily upload schedule, they may find themselves embracing normal.

Oh shit, the dirt is flying fast and furious now... His response to the Billet thing raised by GamerNexus was just absurd too! How the mighty have fallen.

Linus needs to take a leave of absence while somebody who&#x27;s an expert at this cleans up his business and removes the problem people. And when he comes back he needs to be properly trained on workplace professionalism and he needs to just be a spokesman and not leadership.<p>These two back-to-back scandals show that LTT has an extreme culture and leadership problem, and that looks like a reflection of Linus&#x27; personality.<p>My big worry is that whether or not they fix it, a company like this is fueled by goodwill. They&#x27;ve lost that goodwill, they&#x27;ll lose their revenue, and that means the company will shrink and the most vulnerable employees will get laid off in a city with an outright dystopian cost-of-living crisis.

It&#x27;s a successuful startup story just that it&#x27;s not a typical tech company. It&#x27;s not surprised that how hypocritical and questionable Linus is where he chases growth at all cost

How big is LTT? The tweet about doing internal investigations seems weird but I didn’t think they had more than dozen employees…
