More forced coercion by the back door.
I'm undertaking the hard task of getting myself removed from all govt systems.
So far I cant have my medical records or identity removed from the NHS systems. If you submit a GDPR request to a GP, you wont be given all records even though its claimed your GP see's everything.
So you have to send multiple GDPR requests to the Hospitals and other places you have been to on the NHS estate over your life time to get your data removed.
Every GP surgery computer system is connected online and is accessible from the internet!
And this also ignores the fact they can lie and claim your data is removed when the law allows every entity to keep data on people for law enforcement purposes.
There is nothing in law to compel any entity to remove data on an individual if its being kept for law enforcement or scientific purposes.
Its a legal slight of hand because it relies on people interpreting the GDPR legislation incorrectly, getting rid of data they have so that the Govt, in particular security services can do WTF they like to people. Nefarious to say the least.
