I liked and. purchased Lightwave, but it just couldn't keep up with the industry. The one feature it had that so many other modeling programs were missing, was a way to snap a vertex to an axis plane when moving it. Other apps had to switch to an orthogonal view, but Lightwave could stay in the user view.
