Just read a Furtune article with the title "Entrepreneurs not wanted: Research suggests hiring managers discriminate against small business founders"<p>What's your take?
It takes a very rare and courageous kind of individual who is a
non-conformist/alpha/leader type, to meet another of the same creed,
and build a trusting relationship that incorporates a new power
relation.<p>Most "bosses" don't see any use of anything but non-threatening
"workers".
I definitely would, but it would be under a subcontract with protective clauses. I think this is the prudent approach.<p>Entrepreneurs are itchy to do their own thing. That’s great-but it would not be at my expense if I’m the general contractor.
