I'm surprised Google licensed a software Cast receiver! I wish more devices could be a Cast receiver. It seems like such a huge downgrade versus Miracast that only specific appliances could receive.<p>I wish the Open Screen Protocol was more active. Google kind of promised with secondary screen protocols they'd help make a open protocol for the web, and they got so far, but activity has really faded so hard on this crucial effort.
