My weekend project is failrecovery.com. I'm hoping to use social pressure to pressure brands into taking social complaints seriously. I thought making it open, so anyone can see, could be interesting too. Eventually, anyone can see how a brand handles complaints / problems.<p>Before I get too many hours into it, I wanted to see what you all thought.
