Ask HN: Where is the best place to learn about ciber security?

I've been a web dev for over 14 years, recently a friend asked me about ciber security and realized I have no clue about it.<p>Did some research but there are so much info out there that is cofusing.<p>Do you have any courses or palces to learn that you can recommend?
