Deepfakes of Chinese influencers are livestreaming 24/7

I didn't realize the technology has gotten this good. And it also deep fakes in the product and product interaction?

Does anyone know how this works? Is it a version of talking heads ML models that incorporates more of the body and a product somehow?

Can we soon also get rid of all the political talking heads? Please be it so.
