It has strategic significance sure but does anyone actually care?<p>All the modern phones support all the GNSS transparently anyway

great to see more competition for satellite coverage, this should not only provide greater freedom of choice for consumers, but also prevent excesses of monopolisation. Just need the Europeans invest more in Galileo now - any word on this?
