I'm curious how you manage your meeting screens. I'm wondering which applications you use to continue the meeting on the screen.<p>It's up to me to manage the meeting screens where I work. I am using Powerpoint.<p>The first page of Powerpoint is the cover page stating the name and date of the meeting.<p>The second page is the Agendas page.<p>The third page contains the decisions taken at the last meeting.<p>Starting from the fourth page, each page contains an agenda and additional documents related to that agenda. I present the text, images and videos that I can present on Powerpoint. But if I need to open additional Word, PDF or Excel, I give links to them as well. During the meeting, I open those external documents by clicking on the links.<p>The last page is the closing page.
