It is possible but not from a mobile, and they make it quite difficult even on a desktop/laptop.

I also reduce temptation to use social media apps like that by not having the apps on my phone.

I can’t even sign up. My university uses it for communications and updates but my account gets deactivated upon creation every time. This is true for Google, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Twitter, and WeChat. (My current Twitter account is from a while ago but I can’t create new ones)
