Ask HN: Our domain got serverHold. What should we do?
Today morning we found out that the primary domain we use for https://pinggy.io tunnels, that is pinggy.online got into "serverHold" state.<p>We did not get any prior communication from our domain registrar Porkbun. We emailed them but their turn around time seemed unacceptable for such a severe incident. (We have not heard from them after 10 hours).<p>We transferred the domain to AWS Route 53 hoping that they could help. But till now, the serverHold code is still there. The DNS is not working even after the transfer process has been completed.<p>To give some relief to our users we configured a different domain to work with.<p>What should we do here now?
