TIL: MySQL has (finally!) changed their release cadence to include an LTS/bugfixes branch. Before, you could accept the current bugs, or expect new ones introduced with the new features in the latest release that includes other bugfixes. But apparently they've changed that to have a stable branch that includes only bugfixes.<p>It only took, what, 7 years?
