I'm really sorry to hear that, I think you'll eventually settle this with them somehow, just need to insist. provided you did nothing wrong, I'm sure a payment processor this big will do something about it. it's likely some automatic "AGI"-wanna-be-based algo that's doing all these.. at this point I won't even be surprised if I learn there's no human left in charge at Stripe, since most biz ops can now be automated..
