I think this is the sort of thing that normalizes pathology. Paranoia isn’t an evidence-based anxiety around legitimately concerning phenomenon that are objectively observable. Just because more concerning stuff exists doesn’t mean that being more concerned is paranoia.<p>Just like it isnt optimal to be self-diagnosing with autism and oppositional defiance disorder off of TikTok, this is essentially self diagnosing off of an opinion piece.
