I've noticed recently that looking at screens (Movie Theatre, Steam Deck, Computer etc) leads me to having blurry vision for some time. It eventually goes away but this has never happened to me before. Does anyone else experience this and what are your tips?
Some things I've been experimenting with that have been helping:<p>- Grayscale all devices (black and white)<p>- Set them to high contrast<p>- Reduce blue light and brightness<p>- Reduce animations<p>- Look outside for 20 seconds every 20 minutes<p>- Sit higher above the screen<p>Mostly just tactics and accessibility settings but have helped a lot.
