All that noise a few years ago when they was talking about "Cyber" was now one of the strategic pillars alongside "Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological" and would invite the same reprisals, seems to have not amounted to much.<p>But we <i>do</i> have government departments whose brief includes "cognitive security" now, so thats just as good, right? We may be attacked but we can make sure no one WrongThinks about the response.
