Honestly, none of them. Just get a cheap used gaming laptop and replace it after a year or two. You get much better bang for the buck and can upgrade more frequently as GPUs and CPUs get better, especially as Wintel races against Apple Silicon to reclaim mindshare.
I've tried Surface, Lenovo, Razer, Asus, Alienware, Cleo, iBuyPower, MicroCenter, Acer, Sony, and so many other brands I can't remember. It's a market full of race to the bottom crap and poor vendor support. None of the hardware was good, especially compared to modern Macs.
Haven't tried Framework or Falcon Northwest though.
The several ThinkPads I had all had underwhelming performance and severe throttling, fine for web work but would probably suck for CAD, especially compared to a proper desktop. That said, if you pay extra for next business day business on site support, it can be much better than dealing with the (usually terrible) consumer support. They'll come out to your house and replace broken hardware . Dell small business does something similar, maybe HP too. This is worth paying for if you really want to keep a laptop for 5 years (not recommended, given how quickly mobile GPUs continue to improve).
