I've wondered why Amendment 14.3 doesn't explicitly list the "President", what it does say is "or hold any office, civil or military"<p><a href="https://constitutioncenter.org/the-constitution/amendments/amendment-xiv#amendment-section-3" rel="nofollow noreferrer">https://constitutioncenter.org/the-constitution/amendments/a...</a><p>As a citizen, with the presidency often being called "The highest office in the land", I cannot see how the Office of the President could be seen as excluded from this law.
