I keep seeing more laws and potential laws like this. It just goes to show that most of the folks who work in government and public policy are the type of people who were really good at school but don't have much in the way of common sense.
Were any of these people ever young? Anyone who's been a normal teenage boy at some point in their life, will tell you that there is no law under the sun that can prevent a teenage boy from getting his sweaty hands on pornography. No government in the history of humanity has ever successfully legislated porn out of the hands of teenagers.
So can we just acknowledge reality for a second, live with imperfection and stop trashing everyone's privacy in a vain attempt to keep teenagers from looking at naked people on the internet?
