Great article.<p>It's getting harder and harder to find meaning when all notions of truth and shared reality are being destroyed.<p>Each of us is already processing oceans of new data daily, and technology like deepfakes and chatgpt will create data faster-and-faster than we can humanly process it. It's becoming impossible to collect enough facts firsthand to come up with any humanly/scientifically reasoned model or philosophy that answers "what does it all add up to?" with a high degree of confidence and reliability.<p>Maybe the answer is 42. Maybe it's the multiverse. Any answer has to allow all of these ideas to simultaneously exist.<p>Interesting food for thought.<p>Thanks for the article.
