His conclusion is that workers are exhausted because of.. too much communication? Hot take. How about the many large layoffs, false/rescinded offers, lower industry wages, the dearth of full time internal roles and the overwhelming number of shitty 2 month contracts for $50/hour?<p>This is what the intellectual priesthood does, basically.
