Hi,<p>I am interested in knowing how do you guys manage your communities, non-profit organizations, student organizations etc. What kind of tools do you use for what kind of functions?
Chats in person, email discussions, agreement, occasional notes and on-line captures of docs and pics, the odd legal thing where needed...<p>I don't know how to answer such a broad question.<p>I've helped manage or create a bunch of such, up to as formal as being a vice-chair of school governing board. There is no magic tool or tools. Keeping candid communication flowing and making formal accurate records of things to do with money for example, seem key.
