As a non-medically trained person, if I was to triage 5 injured people, assuming it wasn't terribly visually obvious (ex: missing leg)... I'd probably do a terrible job of it. Somehow they trained dogs to do so? Which really begs the question: What is the smell the dogs are looking for?
